If you signed up with Google, make sure you're using the same Google account.

My name is showing as taken but I have a different last name
Khelam checks your complete full name. "Pushkar" and "Pushkar B" are considered different names.
Make sure you're entering your first AND last name β single first names are more likely to clash.
Go to More β Edit profile to update your name.
A venue isn't showing in search
Venues are manually verified before going live. If a venue you know is missing,
you can ask the venue owner to submit through List your venue.
It typically goes live within 48 hours after verification.
The cricket scorer reset mid-match
This can happen if the browser tab is refreshed or if the phone goes to sleep and the app restarts.
Cricket scoring state lives in memory β we're building offline save support.
For now, keep the screen awake during scoring. If it keeps crashing, report it below with your device/browser.
How do I delete my account?
